CJP protest reality check showdown

Why CJP Protest Failed to Secure a Solution: A Reality Check

The recurrence of NEET paper leaks in India’s education sector has become a chronic disease that jeopardizes the futures of lakhs of students every year. This is by no means an unnecessary issue; rather, it has blown up because the government initially failed to treat it with the seriousness it demanded. When similar incidents have occurred in the past, failing to take decisive action was, quite frankly, a sign of administrative ignorance.

Following the May 3, 2026 examination, reports emerged of a mass paper leak circulating via digital “guess papers” on messaging apps, forcing the National Testing Agency (NTA) to officially cancel the exam on May 12, 2026. The ensuing controversy, heavy stress, and uncertainty led to tragic incidents of student suicides reported across various states—although no single official record verifies a direct count of 30 deaths. While the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is probing the entire leak, leading to a re-test conducted on June 21, the resulting pain and public anger spilled straight onto the streets.

The Derailment of the Protest and the Anti-Sanatan Agenda

What initially began as a genuine protest for student rights and justice was gradually hijacked by the CJP (Cockroach Janta Party) led Abhijeet Dipke and individuals harboring a communist mindset.

Consequently, the core issue took a backseat, and the protest shifted toward anti-Brahminical slogans and figures like Arundhati Roy whose ideologies run counter to the Indian perspective. This hijacked the sanctity of a student movement, triggering violent clashes between police and protesters that left individuals on both sides injured. Now, attempts are being made to exacerbate the atmosphere further by involving farmers in the agitation.

The Politics of Demanding Resignations and Practical Reality

Some factions are demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, but practically and constitutionally, it is not feasible to single out and hold an individual minister personally liable for removal in this manner. Pradhan has already issued an apology regarding the matter and announced fresh dates for the re-test.

If you are unsatisfied with the functioning of a minister or the government, the most democratic recourse is to cast your vote and bring an alternative government to power in the next election. Spreading anarchy on the streets is no solution to any problem.

Furthermore, a significant underlying narrative is that Dharmendra Pradhan introduced a curriculum in the educational syllabus running contrary to Mughal and liberal ideologies—a shift that these communist factions struggle to digest. Hence, they are leveraging the NEET protest as a vehicle to advance their own political agenda.

The Path Forward: Is This Really the Solution?

Today, protests are erupting across various quarters, with some students favoring the CJP and others severely condemning it. But does this chaos solve the problem?

No. A major reason is that our government has not communicated openly and transparently to address these concerns. If Prime Minister Narendra Modi were to step forward personally and address the nation to resolve students’ grievances, a solution could be found. But is that even possible after such intense violence? Probably not, because the anti-Sanatan elements present within the CJP protests have completely tarnished the movement and spread widespread anarchy across the country.

Humaari Baat Perspective (The Tech Solution)

Humaari Baat firmly believes that if India is to permanently eradicate these recurring paper leaks, we must abandon obsolete methods. Exams must be managed through AI and real-time generation.

  • The moment a student logs in at their examination center, a fresh, dynamic question paper should be generated on their screen right then and there.
  • Giving the exact same static paper to millions of students simultaneously has become the biggest vulnerability in today’s digital era.
  • Embracing AI-driven dynamic paper generation and real-time decryption is the only definitive way to defeat the menace of paper leaks once and for all.

Street violence and anarchy will benefit no one; what we truly need is the adoption of technology coupled with unbiased, transparent dialogue.
